Recent Jobs at KAM
Let's have a look into some of the recent jobs our talent have been lucky enough to work on at KAM so far this year!
1. Xfinity TV Commercials
This job actually got it's own article written as it was just such an awesome gig for our talent to be a part of! Filmed over a week around various parts of Auckland, our talent were booked in as either Zombies or those running from the Zombies! They even had to complete a workshop that taught Zombie movement before filming, like who even taught that? Frankenstein? So cool though! What an experience for our lucky talent!
2. NZFW Castings
Our Models really went all out with their Castings for NZFW this year! We had around 100 models all up go for castings for both NZFW, Kahui Collective and Ahua! The content we saw from all of these castings was insane, everyone did such an incredible job and looked phenomenal! We had a total of 17 models chosen to walk in various shows for NZFW. Go team!
3. Shortland Street x Chorus
Although Shortland Street is currently on a filming break, we had two talent work on a promo shoot earlier this month in order to promote Chorus delivering advanced streaming of Shortland Street! The talent were cast as nurses and were on set with the one and only Michael Galvin (Chris Warner)! The videos turned out really great and can be found on Shortland Street's Instagram page! We can't wait to have Shorty back up and running very soon!
4. All Blacks TVC
We had a handful of talent feature in an awesome campaign video for The All Blacks recently (including our very own Molly!) The campaign was called 'Our Home Our Team' and was centred around moments that bring the Whanau together - such as practising the Haka at Nana's house before a game or gathering around the TV with friends and family before kickoff. It was such a heart warming campaign that truly represented such a rugby-loving country!
5. ASB TVC
This was another job that had an article written about it as it was such an awesome experience for a bunch of our talent and we had so many behind the scenes photos come through, we couldn't resist! Although spending the whole day running sounds like my personal nightmare, our talent seemed to have fun and that's really all that matters! We even had a few featured extras in this one which always makes a job extra awesome!
6. OPPO Social Shoot
We are so lucky that we have a great working relationship with so many amazing companies, including OPPO NZ. We have done multiple social shoots with the team, focusing on content for their Tik Tok page and recently got to add one more to the list! Three of our awesome talent spent a day on set creating a bunch of awesome videos using trending sounds and concepts. We seriously love watching social videos featuring our talent so much!
7. Seeing Double - Cruiser Social Shoot
One of our talent's had an awesome opportunity to star in a social video with Vodka Cruiser to try and find William Wairua's lookalike. Turns out our talent looked and moved a lot like him and was chosen out of a bunch of talent to be his double take part in this campaign! The content they filmed turned out so good and was such a blast to watch! Such a random, yet awesome job!
8. Mounjaro Campaign
We had Phillip take part in this campaign for Mounjaro and it was awesome! We love the concept of this campaign and the way it was filmed and think Phillip absolutely killed it! We have also spotted him multiple times on billboards around Auckland, so make sure you keep your eye peeled for a bloke carrying a kayak over his head on a billboard next time you're out and about!
Narrowing it down to only eight jobs is a struggle because we work on awesome jobs every single day, but these were some of our favourites so far this year! Bring on more amazing opportunities for the rest of 2026!
