Reminders for our Talent
In this article, we will be going over a few gentle reminders for our lovely talent! We totally understand that life can be super hectic and it is super easy to forget about certain things when it comes to working with KAM, so this is just a super easy way to remind yourself of some of the important steps with KAM!
1. Only apply for jobs you can 100% commit to if successful!
In our availability checks, we always state the dates you will be needed for if you are chosen for the job. It is super important you only ever apply for jobs you are 100% available to do. You must also not have any time restrictions - meaning 100% availability no matter what! If you apply for a job and end up not being available after all, you must let us know as soon as possible so we can let production know - this is just incase you are shortlisted for the role!
2. Reply to your call time emails as soon as you receive them!
As soon as you have received an email from us that states your call time for a shoot, please reply straight away so we know you are all ready to go! Both ourselves and production are unable to end our working day until we hear back from every single talent who is confirmed for the shoot, so please make sure to respond to us straight away to avoid us having to chase you up!
3. Profile and Photo Updates!
This is a super important reminder for you to pop in and get your profile updated if you haven't in the past two years! Please note that we are unable to put you forward for any work if your profile has not been updated in the last two years - this is due to needing to have accurate pictures to submit to production so they know exactly what you look like. For children under 3, we recommend sending in pictures of your child in every few months, just as they grow so quickly, it is super important we are kept updated!
4. Confidentiality!
Like any job, all information that is shared with you (either via email, text or in person) is 100% confidential. This means not sharing any emails or texts from us to friends and family, not sharing any information you have been told on set, any production names and so on! This also goes for taking any photos or videos on set. If you are told not to take photos and videos - make sure you don't!
5. Please always read our emails in full!
This goes for all emails we sent but particularly our availability check emails. It is super important these are read thoroughly so you know exactly what you are potentially applying for. We have so many talent who reply as quickly as they can without reading what the job is actually for, this can be super frustrating for us agents if we have a specific brief for a job as we have to sort though and pick only those who meet the requirements! So please, make sure you read properly and only apply if you fit the brief!
6. Please send any BTS content to us!
If you have any content from shoots you have done, please make sure you send this to us! We love to share this behind the scenes content on our social media and also in these articles for everyone to see. We get some amazing behind the scenes photos and videos sent to us from our talent and it makes us so happy to see you all on set! Please also remember to tag us in any relevant content you share on Instagram Stories too, we love sharing this content on our stories for our followers to see.
We appreciate all the hard work and dedication put in by our wonderful talent on the various shoots they do - none of it goes unnoticed! :)
