Reuzel Hair x Luke Thompson

On top of all of the amazing TV Commercials, International and Local productions, Social shoots and extra roles we receive every week, we are sometimes offered amazing opportunities such as submitting our talent forward for live hair shows! Now, you may be wondering what this looks like, (trust me, before I started at KAM I would have been thinking the same thing) so let me explain! 

All around the world, hairstylists and artists, will host their own Live Hair Shows in order to showcase their skills and talent on a model to their audience. Think of it as almost as fashion show, but for hair! The shows are usually super energetic and lively and altogether, a great experience for not only the crowd, but the model too! In this occasion, we had our very own, Luke, partake in show with Reuzel hair earlier this month. Luke was selected from a pool of talent to receive a haircut and style live on stage by Leen and Bertus, barbering legends and founders of Reuzel Hair - a famous line of hair pomades used by barbers everywhere! 

The live show took place in central Auckland earlier this month and let me tell you, it looked epic!!! Not only did Luke walk away with a fresh new hairdo, he also got to experience firsthand the thrill and excitement of being involved in such a unique and stand out opportunity! Not many talent can put 'Live Hair Model' on their resume!
