Biography
Committed and passionate performer. A competitive Dancer with international and national experience with
Neverland Studios. Mya’s current teams are Mighty Zoo (Lyrical, contemporary and Jazz troupe), Beast (hip hop crew), SupaNova (hip hop trio), Pocket Rockets (Song and Dance/ musical theatre troupe), Chant (senior musical theatre cameo role).
Mya has been awarded the ‘Culture and Arts’ end of year school prize in 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
School performance teams – KapaHaka, Pacifica, Bollywood, Dance fest, Chinese dance.
Interschool sport team representation – Cricket, Rugby, Football, Gymnastics, Cross Country running
Club sports – summer touch rugby team, winter cross country running club.
School leadership – student council, House Captain, road patrol, playground monitor etc.
